Fitness Journey

Mamota began her fitness journey in 2011 to lose weight and improve her health. Within a year, she was competing internationally. In 2012, she made history in Uzbekistan, winning medals at the Asian and World Bodybuilding Championships — becoming a role model for women in India and beyond. Her success contributed to the recognition of Women’s Bodybuilding as an official sport in India in 2014.
